In 2023 I decided to take control of my future and needed to figure out what I wanted to as I wanted a career change but was finding it difficult. One thing I knew was I loved baking and the pure pleasure I would feel when someone enjoys my baked goods. My biggest fans were my siblings as they loved having a big sister that was always willing to be creative in the kitchen to satisfy their sweet tooth. I wanted to share my love for baking with the world and bring joy to people's lives through my delicious creations.

I started from my mum’s kitchen, I decided to embark on a mission to create the perfect cookies, so poured my heart and soul into perfecting my recipes. I experimented with flavours, textures, and ingredients, always striving for that perfect balance of taste and quality. I got friends and family to taste-test, and their enthusiastic feedback fuelled my passion even more.

Through the ups and downs, I remained resilient. I faced challenges head-on, from my freezer breaking down to my oven giving up on me but I was determined to keep going, learning and growing from every experience.
