Terms & Conditions

Earning Points

For every purchase made on our online store, you will earn 1 loyalty point per purchase. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Redeeming Rewards

    •    3 points = 5% off your order

    •    6 points = 10% off your order

    •    10 points = 15% off your order

Rewards are applied at checkout, and only valid for orders of £20 or more (excluding shipping).

Using Your Points

Points can be redeemed on future online purchases. Only one reward can be used per order. Once redeemed, points will be deducted from your account.

Expiration

Points will expire 1 year from the date of earning. After 12 months, any unused points will be removed from your account.

Limitations

Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Account Terms

Points will remain in your account as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time.

 

General Terms

We may change, modify, or discontinue the loyalty program without notice. Misuse of the program or fraudulent activities will result in removal from the loyalty program.
