Allergy Disclaimer

It is indeed the responsibility of the customer to inform us about any allergy issues before placing an order. We take allergies seriously and want to ensure the safety of all our customers. It's also important for customers to inform their guests about any allergy information related to our cookies. We want everyone to enjoy our delicious treats without any concerns. Please remember that we cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our cookies if we have not been made aware before hand.

We understand the importance of maintaining strict processes to prevent cross-contact and ensure the safety of our customers. While we do take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, it's important to note that some of our cookies may contain tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soya, and other allergens. They are made in a facility that also handles these ingredients, so we can't guarantee they are free from traces. If you have allergies, we recommend avoiding our cookies. We want to be transparent about this to ensure that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions. If you have any specific concerns or questions about allergens, please don't hesitate to let us know. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Returns and Refunds

I'm sorry for any inconvenience, once you place an order with us, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for perishable goods, such as food. We take great care to ensure the quality of our cookies meet our customers expectations, If you have any concerns about the quality of our cookies, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues you may have. Thank you for understanding.

Collection and Delivery

All orders will be ready for collection and sent out for delivery once a week on Mondays, but hey, we're flexible! If you need your goodies earlier, just shoot us a message and we'll see if we can make it happen. Availability might play a role, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, to ensure they arrive in a timely manner we advise you order ahead of time and choose a safe place to deliver your items should the receiver not be in or request to leave with a neighbour. Our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so it is important to complete this if the recipient is not home.

Whilst 98% of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions Royal Mail are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date. We do not take accountability and you will not receive a refund if the parcel is taken to the pick-up shop.

There are rare occasions you may receive the parcel earlier than expected on the weekend due to the Royal Mail systems at certain depots.

Please ensure that you check that your delivery address is correct on checkout and on your confirmation email. If you need us to change the delivery address we will do our best to ensure this is changed before your order is dispatched, however if your order has already left our premises you will need to contact Royal Mail. We will not take accountability for incorrect delivery addresses and you will not recieve a refund if it is delivered to the incorrect address you have given.

 

All orders need to be collected during our business hours, unless we've made a special arrangement. To arrange your pick-up, simply reach out to us on WhatsApp. Oh, and one more thing, please avoid placing your order through the website for collections.

Photographs and Marketing

We completely respect the privacy of all our customers. Your information is safe with us, and we will never disclose any personal details without your permission. When it comes to our delicious baked goods, we love capturing their beauty and sharing them with the world! So, we reserve the right to photograph our treats and showcase them on our website, social media, or marketing materials. But don't worry, we won't use any personal information or images without your consent. Your privacy is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in us!
