All orders will be ready and sent out for delivery between Monday to Thursday, but hey, we're flexible! If you need your goodies earlier, just shoot us a message and we'll see if we can make it happen. Availability might play a role, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48® for an additional £4.50, to ensure they arrive in a timely manner we advise you order ahead of time and choose a safe place to deliver your items should the receiver not be in or request to leave with a neighbour. Our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so it is important to complete this if the recipient is not home.
Whilst 98% of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions Royal Mail are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date. We do not take accountability and you will not receive a refund if the parcel is taken to the pick-up shop.
There are rare occasions you may receive the parcel earlier than expected on the weekend due to the Royal Mail systems at certain depots.
Please ensure that you check that your delivery address is correct on checkout and on your confirmation email. If you need us to change the delivery address we will do our best to ensure this is changed before your order is dispatched, however if your order has already left our premises you will need to contact Royal Mail. We will not take accountability for incorrect delivery addresses and you will not receive a refund if it is delivered to the incorrect address you have given.
